We have spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was fantastic. We were really happy with the location. Staff were great. Polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Marina Bay Sands is an absolutely amazing building and a real experience in itself. The rooms are stunning, beautifully finished and exactly what you would expect from such an iconic hotel. The location is fantastic and very hard to beat. The choice of restaurants is second to none, and the shopping centre is incredible — virtually every designer and luxury brand you could think of is available. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Excellent breakfast-best to go early to avoid crowds. Caters for all tastes and food very fresh. Room very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Very nice hotel

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. Sofitel Singapore City Centre is a glorious starting place for exploring the city state. Right in the heart of China Town, it is accessible to various historic sites no less than Talok Ayer. The staff at Sofitel are brilliant, approachable and made our stay that much extra special. Special commendation to the reception staff, the lounge staff who were super helpful and of course the staff at the wonderful Racines restaurant.

We found Raffles to be an excellent choice for our few days in Singapore. It really is a grand hotel & the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel. We stayed in a courtyard suite which was extremely comfortable with sitting area, bedroom with chairs & tv, dressing room & nice big bathroom with shower.
