"pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools."

"Room and bathroom is dirty, beds and pillows sheets got stains also the kettle. It says got wifi but couldn’t connect and not working at all. I suppose to stay 3 nights coz im expecting the room looks the same as in the photos, but its not. So I checked out earlier and stay only for w nights instead."

"Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. The pool is clean and peaceful, although there were no umbrellas or shade which would have been nice to sit back and...

"Nice room and well equipped. Pool require to have a proper maintenance from the management, in order to have a clean and clear water in the adult pool site. Possible to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. otherwise the smells of fungus and the stuffiness are very obvious."
