I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room in 18th floor was spacious and clean. The big gym had enough equipments and looked new. Pool on 8th floor was small but it was nice to chill out. Everything is perfect. I didn't really try the breakfast, so I couldn't comment. But location of the hotel was very strategic. It was directly connected with a neighborhood shopping mall which has variety of food. Within walking distance, there is a traditional "China...

Staff

We had a lovely stay at the MO Jakarta. The outstanding factor was the staff - kind, helpful and efficient. With extra touches, our stay exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Hotel was excellent. The staff were truly outstanding and such nice people

We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found...

Very high quality hotel, in a good location with helpful staff

A wonderful oasis in Jakarta. Incredible buffet breakfast, excellent service from a very friendly staff.

The hotel is modern, comfortable and well run. Grand Cafe is a bit dull, but the Burgundy Bar and C's Steak & Seafood Restaurant is excellent. Club Level breakfast was pedestrian, but a minor issue.

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

Room was fine. Breakfast was fine; Staff were always helpful. Would like to come back soon!!

Fantastic stay. Service was great.

Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. Food outlets, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Approx 25 mins from airport depending on traffic & IDR 140,000 with tolls etc. Perfect for a...
