Beware of Hidden Fees and Poor Service at Marriott Puerto Vallarta. Initially thrilled with an all-inclusive deal booked for nine via Expedia, we were shocked to discover a $160 USD per person, per night charge upon arrival. Despite attempts to resolve it, we received only "Expedia points" as compensation. This recurring issue hints at Expedia's lack of accountability by falsely advertising our room as “all inclusive” . Our room had a persistently clogged shower drain, unresolved despite daily complaints. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often late or absent, and cleanliness remained an issue. Marriott Puerto Vallarta's poor responsiveness and lack of proactive solutions disappointed the group. I strongly advise exploring alternatives to avoid similar frustration.
