Zona Romantica is so fun!

Great location, friendly staff, spacious beautiful room with a fantastic rooftop pool with outstanding views of the city and ocean.

There was no staff to church me in or even let me into the building and I had to stand on the sidewalk yelling through the gate for over a half hour. I was told that the room I reserved would not be ready that day. I was told that the only pool on the property was closed and “could” be reopened in a few days. The room I was offered as a replacement had an overflowing bathroom and there was water covering the bedroom floor.

I watch a lot of TV. When I checked in I was told that the TV did not work but that some one was coming in to fix it. That was what I was told every day for my full 9 day vacation. Do to the fact that they knew that lot of TV and the fact that there were j not many other guests I feel that they could have moved me to another condo. I would definitely stay there again but I would make sure that there was a TV that worked
