"Wonderful stay. A bit of a hiccup at check in, as seems to be usual at Excellence resorts.. We ordered extra wine to be delivered, but it took a walkback to the front desk after 4 calls and 4 hours to get it delivered. Beach was trashed due to seaweed. Pool areas were fantastic! Otherwise, we had outstanding service and an absolutely wonderful time. The food was amazing. Would go back!"

"Overall very nice place. It’s quiet which is what we were looking for, The room was outstanding very clean, Great variety of food any time of day (highlight was the omelette station at breakfast!) Good for kids. Beach was very nice they are consistent at cleaning seaweed and it’s only a little bit rocky when you go in."

"overall an amazing resort! the staff were so friendly and the bar tensors made sure you always had a great day at the pools! the housekeeping was amazing and always made the room look clean and fresh. the food was okay at the restraints but the burger at the pool grill on the xcelerate side was TO DIE FOR! the only issue i had was the entitled personalities of some of the people that were guests there. on the xhale side of the hotel people were very rude about saving seats over night and for hours on end without them showing up until late morning or even late afternoon. Some thing could have been done on the staff’s end as they could have removed towels that were there with no personal item for over an hour without people at the chairs. there were also Mexican vendors there in the middle of the resort that i thought we would have stayed away from by not traveling down to other parts of cancun as i felt very pressured and uncomfortable walking through the resort that night since they always pulled you in to look at their carts. other than that no complaints! :)"

"I love the place , clean and beautiful; the staff specifically our butler Gabriella and Cesar were very attentive to our needs. The food was great especially in the 3 restaurants- Rodeo, Mexican , and Italian. I love our room with jets overlooking the beach. We will definitely come back next time!"

"Great pools, staff and food. It was wonderful for my family’s vacation and ll of found something to enjoy. The gym was great and the kids club was loved by my 7 & 9 kids. Hallways are very loud at night and you may want a sound machine if you are an early to bed type. We will be back!"
