Nice little gem in San Jose. Booked it last minute not really knowing what to expect. The pool was very nice and a cool vibe. I can confirm it's hetero-friendly! Would come back for sure, especially on such a deal. Very walkable neighbourhood with charm.

Second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first time. Excellent, safe, clean and luxurious. There is a nice little food court with food trucks nearby that was perfect for dinner!

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

⭐⭐⭐ We had a mix of really great moments and a few that were hard to overlook. The highlights first.. because there were many. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were so thankful for early check-in after a long travel day (16+ hours for me and nearly 20 for my daughter). The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet each morning was such a great start to our day. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and relaxing, and the free airport shuttle made everything super convenient. It was also easy to grab transportation into the city for a day trip, which we loved. That said, there were a few things that impacted our stay. There’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up was a bit tough after such long travel. The bigger issue, though, was mold in the bathroom. Staff did come up quickly and clean it off the ceiling, which we appreciated, but it had already started coming back by the next day. We stayed two nights, and in hindsight I probably should have asked to switch rooms. That first night, though, we were completely exhausted and my daughter was already half asleep.. I didn’t have it in me to repack everything or make a fuss. The staff was very apologetic, but I do feel like a room change or some kind of accommodation should have been offered without needing to ask. The property itself really is beautiful, and I’m sure many guests have a great experience here. Unfortunately, based on our stay, I wouldn’t return.

Did not use pool. Was there very short time. Staff seemed good
