"Staff was great. Friendly. There were two instances where the cleaning team did not get a chance to clean our room because they were running behind on other rooms. The rooms need some work and better maintenance. They didn’t feel quite clean when we arrived. Food needs improvement."

"Terrible experience. The housekeepers organizing and touching our dirty underwear and rearranging our bags is insane. Safe didn’t work. Smell from bathroom was terrible. Don’t even get me started on the free breakfast. It is one slice of plain toast. That is it. The breakfast is definitely false ..."
