Si pudiera le pondría 10 estrellas Llegue tarde a mi chekin por lo cual perdí mi reserva sin embargo las encargadas me resolvieron a pesar de no ser su culpa, muy lindas, atentas, amables, las camas super cómodas, cobijas limpia, de buen tamaño, las pantallas 10/10,baños muy grandes y limpios

The staff was very helpful and nice, however I find it odd that you don’t get a key for your room, you have to ask the staff to open the door whenever you want to come in. The WiFi never worked, and so did the tv since it was connected to the same WiFi.

En general la propiedad esta bien, el detalle fue que Expedia no mando la reservacion al hotel y el hotel no tenia mis reservas, el hotel tuvo que conseguir mis habitaciones para poder alojarme ahi sin embargo mi calificacion de MALA EXPERIENCIA es por parte de Expedia

Pésima ACTITUD Y BUFONAS

Pésimo servicio y trato de las mujeres que están en la recepción Jamás me había tocado que te pregunten por cuántas personas estarán en la habitación y si entra una, dos o más personas te las cobran extras, si las habitaciones tienen 2 camas matrimoniales, bien caben 4 personas, pero eso de cobrar más que mal habla del Hotel, y luego hasta se burlaron por qué dijeron que reserve con promoción y que no tenia derecho a nada, si busque en diferentes plataformas o apps fue muy mi problema y si encontré está opción pues fue la mejor opción para mí, si no les combiene estar registrados en las apps por qué dan mejor precio, que se den de baja por que para el colmo las mujercitas con gran sinismo dijeron que ya no estaban en esta appp el costo de la habitación es de 700 y yo reserve en 550 y eso les pudo por qué querían cobrarme el IVA pero una de ellas se percató que ya estaba en el costo,solo le faltaría que me lo quisieran cobrar, esa era la intención pero no les resultó, además si reserve una cosa y me dieron otra, los colchones tienen aún el plástico y eso fue incomooooooooodo el calor que hizo ese día y agrégale el plástico del colchon imaginen el infireno que pasamos esa noche, las toallas estaban sucias una de ellas hasta maquillaje aún tenia, la regadera Dios parecia que estaba la pared del baño y no a mi Pero en fin es el único hotel más cercano a donde fui, pero por cercano me salió cara la estancia en Puebla.
