The bed was shaking and keeps moving .

Nice grounds. Location was far from any town so we had to use Uber all the time. This increased our costs. Breakfast was pricey and not offered as part of the stay. Room had no microwave or refrigerator. Was ok for the money.

It is on the outskirts of Gloucester, so was a great location to access the motorway. We enjoyed a good evening meal and took time to use the pool and spa.
Paying for parking was the first thing you have to do, before anything and is a negative impact on check in. We had to call reception st midnight as there were people drinking ans shouting outside but they dealt with it straightaway.

"The hotel could do with a upgrade, the shower was poor and the rooms were very hot. I know the outside temperature was high but none of the rooms had AC. As expected the coffee was not good. But there is a small coffee shop just up the road that was very good."
