"They took a $300 deposit because I used visa debit. The next day the manager gave me a hard time to put my own money back on a different debit card. She went out of her way to give me a hard time. I had my ID and willing to sign any paper. I had misplaced my original debit card. I had to leave the hotel go home and thankfully found my card. She told me I need to go get a letter from my bank to get my deposit back!! Luckily I found my original card when I got home. I drove back later that day to find a different person at the front desk who asked for my ID. He verified me and handed me the debit machine. He didn't check my last four digits of my card to make sure It was The same card. I could have given him any debit card in the machine he handed me. This manager literally went out of her way to make me drive here twice. If you are reading this, I hope someone wastes your time and ruins your day like you did mine. Completely for no reason. I had a great stay before running into this person. "

"Room was comfy and clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location was so convenient as it’s walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants/bars, retail stores, and obviously the park! "

"Room 301 is literally the worst room in the whole building. Horrible view and room condition. But it is cheap. So… "

"Enjoyed staying this hotel the service was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel amenities were excellent but keep in mind this is a very family friendly resort that caters to children sporting events. Can get a bit noisy and the pool/hottub was full of children at all hours during our stay."
