We drove from Temuco and found the hotel without difficulty. The location was stunning with beautifully cultivated gardens and delightful walks along paths laden with spring flowers and shrubs. The views across the lake were fantastic. The staff were more than welcoming. The Bauhaus design suited the location and the glazed outer walls of the lounge, dining areas and bedroom have the fullest advantage to the magnificent views. The rooms were more than comfortable enhanced by wood burning...

Excellent accommodation - especially if have children. It is 18km outside Pucon - and a very bumpy road for the last km.

We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!

Gran Pucon has a great location overlooking the blacksand beach. The standard rooms were sparse on toiletries, but rooms were large. There is no complimentary bottles of water. There are 2 pools with access to the beach. We will stay again at £57.
