"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean.
The only (small) downfalls were:
1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?!
2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom!
3) There was no oven tray....

No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd...
"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "

"The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses."

The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
