Disliked: Staff & service
I booked two rooms in this hotel on Expedia but when I arrived and tried to check in, the receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked and that their online system wasn't working. I had to leave an find accommodation somewhere else as the receptionist told me that he couldn't help me
