"Very nice place with nice atmosphere! But! Beware that the reception is not staffed and if you arrive late you will not get in because the gate is locked. I was very lucky and the guard saw me. No one answers the phone in the evening or the intercom. In addition, you don't live in the castle itself, but in an Amex on the side. Quite far outside."

"The room and the bed looked very clean however. On the bed were often Strange pieces looking like dust. The same in the floor. Either in the room or by the reception no infos about how to use amenities or card or the map of the city. The staff rather unfriendly. Nobody is welcoming you or wishing nice stay. Only the breakfast buffet very good. I rather would not advice to stay in this hotel. "
