gammelt erverdig familedrevt hotell. Vi hadde handicapværelse som er et av de største og beste vi har hatt. bare badet var på størrelse med et vanlig hotellværelse. Gode senger og lun atmosfære. Behjelpelig personell. God frokost med juicepresse for fersk økologisk juice var et pluss. Ikke det største utvalget i buffeen vi har hatt på hotel mem til gjengjeld var alt kvalitetsprodukter. People at the hotel were very very nice. Though we reached the hotel quite late and almost missed our dinner when we finally checked in, they were very nice to invite us to the restaurant after closing time. We had very nice dinner with a very nice waitperson. People at the reception were all nice, too. We enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious and comfortable with a jacuzzi-bath and a living room. Location was good. One thing which did not give us nice impression during our stay was that those people who gather and sit in and around a park near the hotel from early morning. Everything else was nice besides that.

Nice hotel in the old part of Kalisz. Everything in walking distance, shopping, restaurants, parks etc.. Breakfast was delicious! My thanks to the staff, they were helpful, polite and service minded! You made our weekend perfect!

とても素晴らしいホテル

一番安い部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋が広く清潔感がありとてもリラックスしました。 男性のフロントの方がとても感じが良いです。 冷蔵庫の電源が入らなかったのですが、フロントの方に言うと部屋まで見に来てくれました。（冷えるのに時間がかかるだけでした） WIFIのパスワードはテレビをつけると表示されます。WIFIは一定時間を過ぎると接続が切れますが、またテレビをつけると接続されました。 このホテルに泊まるために、またこの街を訪れる価値があると思いました。

Great Hotel! Great Staff! Great Location!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Continental breakfasts were excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and so very helpful. The hotel is an old doll factory that is about 100-150 years old. The owners have lovingly restored it, filled it with antique furniture and made it a grand old building. The rooms were very large. We had Air Conditioning! Good shower. The hotel is located about one city block from the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Kalisz is a lovely small city and this hotel is the place to stay. Our only complaint was the quality of the WiFi. We had to reset the modem in our room several times a day - but outside of that, this was a great place. We will stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Magical place

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! It was built in a place where a doll factory used to exist. I was shocked to learn from my family (during the dinner in the hotel's beautiful restaurant) that my late grandparents used to work there and thats how they met! I felt that I was visiting them and that brought warm memories! thank you deep down from my heart for creating this emotional experience for me!!
