Royal Inn Provo
The room needed some maint. Toilet rocked on floor, shower sprayed on the floor, paint had chips init, needed refeshing fridge made a loud humming.

This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!

This is the most bare-bones hotel I’ve ever been in. No hairdryer, no iron, one bar of soap to share between the shower and sink, no Kleenex, no extra toilet paper, etc. You can get things at the front desk, if they are available. We stay at Sleep Inn in Provo often. We can always depend on getting a nice room, clean linens, sheets, comfortable bed and a hot breakfast. It's a great priced sleep!
