"Hotel check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. I love how the hotel extras like shampoo and conditioner are larger and wall mounted for those who have super long hair. We all enjoyed breakfast with all the great variety. Hot tub jets were not working (hot still) but told us if needed we could use the hotel next doors (Hyatt).

"We had originally reserved for the super 8, there was no attendant. Had to go next door, the halls smelled like pee, the room was humid and the A/C did not work. The beds were stained. We went next door and asked if we could switch to their hotel. They said yes and the Baymont was so clean, the attendant was super nice, breakfast was delicious and the restroom was also really clean!! Absolutely loved the service we were given by them!!"
