"I stayed there for umrah, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. clean, quiet, thd lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, they have probably the greatest breakfast selection I've seen and I have been to a lot of countries.. they provide a bus to haram 5 times a day.. I literally can't find a mistake at this hotel.. perfect I recommend for anyone going to madinah "

"Great location. Very close, 3 min walk, to Masjid Nabawi. All the fast food places within 1 min walk. Airport is 20 min and train station is 15 min. "

"Reason I always come here since last four years is the STAFF is amazing . They always make me feel home and treat us like there family … to mention few names Mr Nassrudin is backbone for this hotel .. " The hotel is located near to the Madena aeroprt and there shuttle bus to Haram Nabawi, and also there is a Madena shuttle bus to the Haram for only 11.50 Saoudi Ryals. Those are the two important sites people need to have a blessed journey in Madena"

"The rooms were spacious and attendrent tried to help are two good things I can say about this property. But the access is difficult from front door, manager didn't speak English, demanded cash didn't accept credit card, dining/kitchen was devoid of any utnesils, pots, cups, bathroom didn't have towels, toiulet papers, toiletries, shower curtain, and water supply was poor and cold."
