very good service and clean room

I been to many hotels in LV. The staff were ok but you can tell they were not excited to be there. Little tones here and there. The room was clean and no problems but the hallways had smells like a foul order. The hotel charges for everything. Many of the other hotels including newer hotels like Circa didn’t even charge us for early checking in or late check outs. I know this is a Sandra’s policy but still. Would be nice to see the hotel do better.

Staying here is all about the location. We stayed two nights in February, '26. The room was fine, totally forgettable, with a crummy view of the roof of the mall. If we tried hard, we could see a glimpse of the Sphere, but we were not on the good side with views of the strip. However, the location is fabulous. Just a short walk to the Bellagio to see a show and watch the fountains, close to lots of dining options, and a short Uber to the Sphere. The hotel staff advised us not to use the monorail due to the homeless using it as shelter. We didn't visit the casino except to walk through it - I can't judge it except to say it's smoky and loud just like the rest of them. I would stay here again, but would not buy a Starbucks in the lobby - I've never had a $12 coffee before, but it tasted just like the $6 one I sometimes order at home. Buyer beware!
