"The room was clean. The bed was just right for a good nights sleep. It was way too cold to get in the pool, but it was clean. Staff were awesome. There was a glitch with the heating in my initial room, which they resolved quickly by moving me to at different room. The staff made the environment feel like a warm welcoming community. The location is perfect. Put on your walking shoes and hit it! "

"Staff in the lobby were great and also the concierge. Everyone at the front were very helpful, now the bar and breakfast/ Diner are not so much. Waited forever for someone to acknowledge us and all we wanted was some coffee, then took forever just to ring us up. Other than that everything was great, rooms were perfect and clean. "
