This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
The reception staff were unhelpful and showed very little interest in resolving guests’ concerns. Customer service was poor throughout my stay.
What made matters worse was that the booking information did not clearly state that the room had no refrigerator. I was travelling with two young children, aged 1 and 5, and I had made this clear when booking. Having no fridge available for a family with young children is extremely inconvenient.
I was also shocked to find out that rooms are only cleaned every three days. This is unacceptable, especially for families with children. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard in any hotel, and waiting three days for room cleaning does not meet reasonable expectations.
The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inadequate housekeeping made this stay very frustrating. I will not be booking with this hotel chain again and cannot recommend it to other families."
