"It was our first time in Prescott. The front desk staff took the time to orient us and very helpful. The room was very clean and in excellent shape and the breakfast was great! Making coffee and tea available 24/7 made it a memorable short stay. Highly recommended.! "

"Would not stay here again. When we arrived our room had a very funny smell. The whole hotel smelled chemically and floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Hot tub had some kind of residue on the sides and a strong chemical odor. Pool had a weird odor too. Felt like the hotel needed a remodel. Lots of damage on the furniture and walls. Also on the weekends breakfast wasn't served til 7 which felt late."

"Hotel was great! Staff were amazing, food was good, rooms were clean. Loved the balcony view. Bed was comfortable. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hottub because of our schedule but outdoor area was very nice. Will stay again."
