"ALL reception & restaurant staff are extremely attentive, competent and kind. 5-star service!!! And entertainment was exceptional. Only downsides: One of only 2 elevators broke & was never operational during our stay. Fire Department was dispatched to rescue trapped passengers. Was not informed upon check-in of the policy required to receive daily room cleaning. Our party booked 3 separate rooms for 2 nights; none of us had our rooms cleaned."
