"The rooms were definitely as pictured with the cute comforters on the beds, all the linens were very clean and beds made up very tidy. Check-in process was smooth, even though we checked in at midnight… We just had to go to the side night window. Air conditioning was great and they have a fridge freezer and microwave in the room. The building is older, but overall well maintained except seems they forgot to put new light bulbs in the bathroom, so rated lower in maintenance for this. The morning breakfast was simple…they had delicious waffles & coffee along with cereal, milk, OJ, yogurt, fruit, bread to toast with butter and jelly."

"The staff was not welcoming at all. No greetings, just look away. The cleaning staff parked outside our door and was very loud. Our room did not get cleaned that day. The towels and sheets were worn and had black marks on them. They did smell cleaned but had holes and fraying edges. We went down to breakfast on Saturday at 9:30. When we asked if there were more sausages we were told breakfast was over. The front desk had said it ended at 10:00. The last evening in our room we found a bug. Not positive about what kind but it looked very similar to a roach. Overall not a comfortable stay in Kingsville, TX"

"Our room smelled bad. Damp, musty. Internet service was slow, spotty at best. The bed was comfortable, a spacious room equipped to accommodate those in wheelchairs."

"Room was very musty smelling. Had to purchase air fresheners to bear the smell. Towels and sheets were thread bare. Smoke detector was broken. Only 1 travel size shampoo. No face cloths or hand towels and no soap. No dryer, no tissues, no cups or glasses. Bath towels looked used so we requested fresh. Continental breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal and a gallon of milk and coffee. It was raining and cold the entire time so could not use the pool. It did look inviting."

"Bathroom sink drained so slow was disgusting. NO HOT WATER! I wash my face twice a day no hot water. Tried to take a shower in the morning NO HOT WATER! Front desk said they needed to reset the boiler??????? Will never stay here again."

"Had to ask for a new room. Found roaches and bathroom was disgusting. New room also had roaches. Do not stay here."
