"An outstanding kept and updated property. If you want to spend a few quiet days in an impeccable setting, this is the place! Isabelle owner and General manager was outstanding. Our beds were comfortable. AC was not result available but was still comfortable. They have done marvels with the restoration. Breakfast was locally produced, grown and prepared. Lovely! "

"We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Our room was great, spacious en suite bathroom, air conditioning which with temperatures of 40 degrees outside (canicule), was really appreciated, tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. An easy walk into Gaillac for dinner (bring a torch) and not far from routes to Albi and Toulouse. "From the moment we entered the grounds we were so impressed. All the women that worked there were so kind, helpful and welcoming. The room itself was modern, spacious and spotless. We had beautiful views of the grounds from the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on. Such an amazing way to start our first trip to the south of France.
