"We had a lovely three-night stay at Paradores Ferrol. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room overlooked the bay and the galleria balcony was such a treat. Martha at the front desk was efficient and warm-hearted, as was her colleague on night duty. I was not feeling very well into the second day and they went over and beyond to help. I truly appreciate their kindness. "

Note also that there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room or in common areas. The lamp, air-con and telephone in our first room didn’t work. They were kind enough to change our room.
