El hotel se encuentra en zona peatonal, pero se puede aparcar gratis en un gran aparcamiento a 3' andando. Desayuno buffet completo y personal amable. La habitación muy amplia y dispone de una máquina elíptica, te lo ponen fácil para hacer ejercicio durante las vacaciones :P

El hotel es justito, solicitamos cambio de habitación ya que el colchón de muelles estaba penoso, no se podía descansar. Fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior sin costó, dónde el colchón, también de muelles, estaba aceptable. Punto fuerte: atención del perdonal y situación. Punto a mejorar: necesita reforma.

Convenient and comfortable

The hotel is located very convenient for the rail station and shopping centre. The port and yacht harbour are a 20 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The room was large and comfortable. There was a little road noise, also some fellow guest noise through the inter-connecting door. The breakfast was good, with fried eggs and bacon offered and enjoyed.

First time in Ferrol.

It was my first visit to Ferrol. The hotel location was fine, parking nearby was expensive and a bit too far to carry much luggage. Breakfast was great, the room was a little outdated but the bathroom was renovated. Unfortunate that the upstairs guest were noisy but hotels issue.

金返せ・客を泊める部屋じゃあない

２１９号室 最悪の部屋 金返せ 、当然契約も解除 窓から見えるのは何台もある全館の大型屋外機・建物壁のみ、 外気温36度、エアコン故障、サウナ風呂状態、 部屋は屋外機の音と振動で眠れない、フロント部屋の変更を頼むが 満室状態で空き無し、部屋の状態を確認するも連絡無し、 再び、フロントとかけあい、夜中１１時３０分、音のしない２０９号室に移動 嘘ついて、なんだ空きあるじゃない 部屋の空き無しというのは嘘、馬鹿にするのもいいかげんにしろ ２１９号室は客を泊める部屋ではない、一度体験すればわかる。 金返せ

Misleading Imagery!

Overall ok but but couple of things need to be said. The images shown on Hotels.com are nothing like the actual room. I've booked a standard room, all images show superior rooms. In fact, one image is not even their hotel. Was disappointed with standard room, so upgraded to superior and had to pay extra. Also, I'd expect any hotel in Europe to have english speaking staff at the reception, which wasn't the case and made things a bit difficult.
