Lโ€™accesso alla struttura con lโ€™auto รจ piuttosto complicato: si puรฒ entrare solo dopo aver effettuato il check-in alla reception e, se cโ€™รจ disponibilitร , viene consegnata una card per aprire la sbarra al costo aggiuntivo di 10โ‚ฌ al giorno. In alternativa, bisogna lasciare la macchina nei piazzali antistanti, che perรฒ in alta stagione risultano quasi sempre pieni. Lโ€™ingresso, situato vicino a una rotatoria, รจ poco visibile e ci si ritrova spesso tra auto in doppia o tripla fila, con gli ospiti in attesa di poter accedere. Il check-in รจ previsto dalle 14:00, ma la camera ci รจ stata consegnata solo dopo le 17:00 (e ci รจ andata bene: ad altri รจ stata data addirittura a ridosso della cena). Per quanto riguarda il servizio spiaggia (a pagamento tramite tessera club), non รจ prevista una postazione fissa: ogni giorno bisogna โ€œconquistarlaโ€, ma spesso si trovano giร  asciugamani piazzati dai soliti furbetti che si prenotano i lettini fin dal mattino presto. Lo stesso problema si riscontra in piscina, dove i lettini non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. In positivo, la camera era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, e il cibo, considerata la grande affluenza, รจ risultato buono e con tempi di attesa al buffet contenuti. Tuttavia, per la cifra pagata, il livello complessivo dei servizi รจ ben lontano da quello che ci si aspetterebbe e inferiore rispetto ad altre strutture della Calabria in cui abbiamo soggiornato poco dopo.

Borgo fiuzzi resort รจ una gradevole struttura posta sul mare, la piscina รจ molto bella immersa in un giardino molto curato con adiacente un bar molto carino. Le camere ampie e luminose hanno un letto molto comodo e tende oscuranti per un piacevole riposo. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono di buona qualitร , l'animazione composta da tanti ragazzi, bravi e competenti cosรฌ come il servizio ristorazione offre pasti apprezzabili a buffet ( da migliorare la varietร  del cibo e l'organizzazione dei tavoli un po' confusionaria in quanto sono si assegnati ma poi ti ritrovi persone al tuo tavolo e tu sei costretto a trovarne un altro). Molto male invece, la prima colazione ripetitiva e scarsa sia in qualitร  che quantitร ! La spiaggia รจ proprio di fronte all'hotel molto ampia e di ciottoli grossi ( servono scarpette) offre 2 lettini e un ombrellone per camera ( si potrebbe lasciare piรน spazio tra un ombrellone e un altro perchรฉ sono un po' ammassati), sono presenti le docce e un chiosco. Nel complesso struttura molto gradevole e al giusto prezzo ci ritornerei volentieri.

The hotel was weird and did not have good food/beverage services. You had to use cash only to put money on one room key account and then utilize that one key to buy drinks or food items. The staff will not let you charge items to your room and settle at check out. Additionally there are steps everywhere and sometimes you must go up to go back down, no handicap accessible areas. There is a 12 inch television in the room and no place to sit other than on the bed. There is no wifi im the room unless you are close to the reception area. Air conditioners are set to only go down to 23 Celsius too! Impossible to get it lower. Beautiful area and people are friendly in town, but this hotel has a security guard that follows you everywhere. Just overall a strange place to stay and not for international visitors.

struttura molto bella. Servizio carente nella fase di comunicazione con il cliente. personale molto giovane non affiancato da tutor esperti. Alle comunicazioni ricevute in reception non corrispondeva poi la realtร . ad esempio ho chiesto se potessi portare il cane in spiaggia e mi hanno risposto che il regolamento comunale lo vietava, In realtร  il reg, comunale consentiva cani al guinzaglio e comunque in spiaggia nessuno del personale ha fatto alcuna verifica. Identica situazione per la piscina, che non utilizzo, ma che passando ho visto cagnolini scorazzare liberi sul prato. un vero peccato perchรจ la struttura merita e se ben amministrata potrebbe essere un gioiellino. Il problema della comunicazione esteso a tutti gli ambiti, dall bar al ristorante, dalla reception al portierato (un signore attempato probabilmente giร  pensionato). Consiglio corsi di comunicazione orientati al customer care.

La struttura รจ bella e moderna. Le camere confortevoli e pulite Peccato che al ristorante ci sia solo un responsabile per lโ€™assegnazione dei tavoli insufficiente per il gran numero di persone. La qualitร  della cena รจ stata buona. Dovrebbero migliorare la competenza del personale. Inoltre con tanti spazi sia al chiuso che allโ€™aperto dovrebbero organizzare uno spogliatoio per il cambio di abiti. Il bagno non รจ luogo idoneo ne per aprire una valigia ne per sedersi.

Bel villaggio, ben tenuto, servizi efficienti, buona cucina e pasti abbondanti. Il personale si รจ dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il passaggio del treno in ore notturne non dava particolare fastidio. Unico appunto: poichรฉ la struttura รจ molto grande sarebbe opportuno potenziare nei vari corridoi e gallerie la segnaletica dei vari servizi, in particolare della reception.

Esperienza bruttissima, personale scortese, ristorante pessimo, piscina sembrava una pozza d'acqua stagnante, il penultimo gg รจ accaduto una fatto inquietante in piscina gente maleducata. Animazione pari a zero, la struttura non vale le 4 stelle per mia opinione ne vale 1. L'unica cosa positiva รจ il mare. Detto questo pessimo soggiorno.

La struttura รจ molto bella ma devono rivedere alcune cose! Un resort 4 stelle non puรฒ non avere un parcheggio interno per gli ospiti e per di piรน lasciarli con lโ€™auto all'esterno in balia delle onde perchรฉ situato in una zona inflazionata dai bagnanti con possibilitร  di posti auto pari a zero! Era uno stress pensare di uscire e il pensiero di non trovare il posto! Tra gli altri servizi scadenti il Wi-Fi soltanto nelle aree comuni e non in camera! Lโ€™animazione buona!

Mare stupendo, piscina stupenda. Pulizia ottima. Ombrelloni troppo attaccati a fronte di molti ombrelloni liberi e quindi di spazi inutilizzati. Pranzo non all'altezza di un resort a 4 stelle. Centro benessere ok ma come in tutti i resort almeno un accesso dovrebbe essere gratuito. Animazione discreta e professionale

La struttura non vale tutti i soldi che chiede. Il primo giorno abbiamo richiamato il servizio di pulizia perchรฉ la stanza era sporca. Io e mia moglie non ne avevamo bisogno, ma animazione pessima tutti si lamentavano . Cibo molto mediocre, pasta scotta e pochissima scelta. colazione nella media. Ti fanno pagare un casino di extra: bibironeria, parcheggio (fuori in strada nn c รจ mai posto) tasse, tessera club, e supplementi vari. L unica cosa bella il mare, scomodo per i ciottoli ma bellissimo! Per il resto struttura da 3 stelle che si pavoneggia da 4 e si fa pagare da 5!
