The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. "Pretty farmhouse with a great pool and nice views. Staff speaks mostly Italian, we communicated mostly using google translate. During the day the farmhouse is very quiet, but in the evening after 2230 they organise wedding parties which can be vey loud and take until 0230AM. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was very nice with all sorts of nice cakes. Reception was closed when arrived, nobody was available to check us in. Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"
