The most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to- beautiful relaxing amazing spa- and the food!!! And I’m so problematic with food usually but wow! Horrible horrible room! Did not clean because apparently I need to ask specialty in the reception which they did not tell me but whatever. The pillow are not humanly possible to sleep on, it’s like a brick - beside that perfect - just never agree to be in a room that is like an attics with uneven roof.

Superb service. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the hotel was posted as only 18+ specially in the Spa. I was in the saunain total relax when suddenly a couple of children come up shouting and playing so in that moment it was not anymore a relaxing spa. I have to be clear that I don't have nothing against children but if they promoted a relaxing spa at least you need to consider that no minors will be allowed in the sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxing showers and meditation area.

Superb! Great service and an amazing breakfast buffet! Pool and jacuzzi are stunning!

Staff was great

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating our baby’s first birthday, and we would like to give special thanks to Cristina from PR & Guest Relations. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, but Cristina truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She made sure our experience was memorable and helped make this important milestone for our family even more meaningful. Her thoughtfulness and personal touch really made a difference, and we are genuinely grateful...

Amazing facilities, very friendly staff, and the location is absolutely stunning. Recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Alpin Resort! We...

High quality service, very professional staff and overall you don't feel like going home. I don't remember exactly the name (hope I got it right), but Costel was wonderful, so attentive and happy to help with anything. Our stay was excellent from when we checked in to the check out

It was a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little early which was great. The room was large, clean, and had a.lovley view. We used the pool and saunas most days and they were great. The location is brilliant, right by the old town and also a short walk to local buses. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items and set us up well for the day.

There was a problem with the restaurant. Therefore, we were seamlessly moved to their sister hotel that was 1 min away. Check in was easy. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. Congrats for your welcoming services!
