The location is excellent. The property is old and shows it and could definitely use a renovation and a refresh. The buffet breakfast across the street at the sister Hotel was the highlight as it had great variety and was delicious. Keeping them alive.

The showers are in need of attention... took forever to figure out how to operate it, spraying water all over the place as many of the jets didn't work properly. We have been given the privilege to change the room to accommodate my mother's inability to walk far, from 5th floor to the 1st floor. The room had also a terrace which had a front view and this made myself and my mum so happy that we really enjoyed the stay in that room. The beds were really cleaned and had a fresh smell. The staff was very polite, helpful and understanding. The bathroom had a small leak from the shower and we needed to dry the floor every time we showered. And the bathtoom door cannot be closed properly as it is a sliding door. But the most important is that we had a good night sleep, a lovely view and so many places to enjoy just outside the door ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘
