Staff very helpful. Good variety for breakfast.
Shops only 5 minute walk with places to visit within 10 minutes, might need to use the tram to get to Prague castle and save yourself a walk up the hill.
The hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely and spotless, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The hotel was walkable to major touristy areas and close to transit stops. Breakfast was tasty and my 5 year old and I both found things we enjoyed eating.
The Spa is only available at extra (high) cost. The bar was expensive and the bar staff unhelpful at times. Location was quite good. Rooms comfortable although there was no plug where the kettle was located and it had a very short lead. No cups or glasses in the room and the minibar was not functional. All in all I didn't feel like it warranted four stars.
The room was spot on vey nice, loved the mini fridge and other conveniences provided in the room., Breakfast was very good, slight variations on items each morning which we enjoyed and the breakfast staff were excellent at keeping everything running smoothly. This was a great hotel stay for us.
Overall lovely accommodations! Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing, although the hot food was never hot. Live piano music weekend mornings! Spacious and quiet room. Difficult to cool off our room for sleeping, however, and no cover options other than a duvet.
This is a lovely, boutique hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet. Elias and Elena, two of the staff members, were kind, helpful and made our experience that much better. This is our second visit to Prague and have enjoyed our stay both times.
