"Hotel room was lovely and clean food was basic charging for use of pool and towels let it down and the staff of the pool was ignorant and too many rules parking was ok and reception staff was lovely"

"Everything about our stay in Blackpool was stellar. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and fantastic, and the food was excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet where they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and provided gluten free toast, sausages, and poached eggs. "

"Food was good, bed was murder 😩 i did ask for a topper but unfortunately they don't have them. They put a quilt under so we could sleep on that but it never made any difference. The only thing i would say that was bad about our stay was the mattress."

"Very clean room, staff very nice and friendly, building a little bit warn around the edges, but doesnt effect your stay. The only thing yhat was missing was a toilet brush. Beds very comfortable which is very nice to find"
