Don’t trust the pictures!
The pictures makes this hotel seem much nicer than it is. It’s very uninviting from the outside. The entrance to section B is really dirty. Bugs, dust, probably hasn’t been vacuumed in months. The tub looked disgusting, I would have never showered there. We checked for bed bugs and there were none. We really only needed a place to sleep so we stayed but if I had to spend more than a night in Fishkill I would absolutely choose another hotel in the surrounding area.
Omg...……..you don't have enough room. The room was fine. Property scary. Couldn't get in the back door to get to my room because reader not working. Questionable people out back. Loud rap music that shook the walls from people in room next door doing a live FB video. Quite unpleasant.
The room was very messy. The sheet had stains and the curtain as well. I had to request a cleaner room. I was very disappointed for the price. Almost everything had stains which included the ironing board and the bathroom sink also.

The first room we were given did not have towels and the air conditioner was broken. The second room had a broken hairdryer.
The girls at the front they were very nice, but the pool was close even though I call before making the reservation and say it was open, the room smelled terrible, the place looked like falling apart, the carpets terrible
I have stayed here quite a few times. This year the hotel seems to have down hill. No service, no food or breakfast, a dirty pool. May never stay there again. They say it is because of COVID-19. My feelings it is poor management.
Besides the clerk being polite and trying his best this place is the worse. The beds looked unkempt. We didn’t have any wash clothes or hand towels. It just didn’t even look clean. Thank good it was only For one night.

We liked that the front desk were responsive, apologetic and receptive to criticism concerning room cleanliness and stained bed sheet and stained bathroom towel. The gentleman even replaced the both and apologized on the hotel’s behalf. Accountability is important.
Dislikes were that there were 3 blood stains on cover bed sheet, a brownish stain on bathroom towel, back on remote was missing and there were bugs coming from outside into the room crawling on wall. It was untidy, unseemly, gross and uncomfortable because of the lack of attention to detail in regards to the cleaning. During the age of COVID-19, it’s especially disheartening so I won’t be back. I would warn those thinking of staying to put a few extra dollars into a better option for your enjoyment and safety.
Filthy hotel. Smudges everywhere. Floor hasn’t been cleaned. Smudges on the TV. I always clean everything myself because of covid but this is the first time I felt that I absolutely had to.

The room smelled like old carpet. The Air conditioner blew out smelly air. The pool was ehhhhh. It had a brownish ring around it. All channels on the TV were snowy.
Very bad service well really was no service at all my advice don’t even think of going there . Look at the pic I was in front desk more then 30 m waiting for someone to come no one there can you believe it at 5 pm

There was no fridge in my room and the chair is disgusting. The bed is nice
A sprawling hotel in need of refreshing from top to bottom. The housekeeping staff during the week did the minimum to get by and often missed things (i.e., providing clean towels). The staff on the weekend were much better.

The place was entirely too big and it was hard to find my room. I left an extremely important wake-up call, which I stressed was important and the whole reason I was making this visit. Fortunately, I have a backup alarm on my phone - NO WAKE UP CALL CAME IN!! When I mentioned it to the person at the front desk on my way out his was response was "oh, sorry." Won't be staying at a place that cannot reliably make a wake up call again.
Got there saturday at 4 am was told one price. When i check out i got charged a different price. Plus the heater in the room didnt work. Temp was at 7°f had to change rooms 3 times at the end i just asked for like 5 comforts and they gave me attitude
