I didn't have a chace to walk around and see the entire facility. What I did see, I liked. What I don't like is that you have to do a U-turn if coming from the south. We had plans to stay again in a few weeks, however, the price jumped tremendously.

I was hit with allergy attack from NY pollen and mold. The front desk ladies could bot have been any nicer in helping me with correct OTC meds and advice. I was better by morning!

Excellent front desk staff!!! The girl was so sweet and helpful. The only negative was that I had loud neighbors in the room next to mine. But it wasn't the hotel's fault.

I am an 85 year old Bon Voy member who when booking a one night stay online requested a room near the lobby or elevator. On the third try after checking in from a long day, I was given a room well away from the lobby and the entrance door from the parking area. While the first was far, the second was farther. Finally, I found someone at the reception desk who could and did help. The other staff member made excuses: (1) not on the request and (2) trouble with cleaners not coming in that day. This is not the first time I have found suburban reception people under par. The room, itself was lovely, but amateurs up front.

The room was great. The lobby was so nice, with comfortable couches and several places to relax. I like the cafe a lot. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Parking was very convenient. This was a good place to stay. I would stay here again.
