"when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didn’t receive yet. "

"This property is in ruins. Online pictures are more than 20 years old. There were blood spots on sheets and pillows. Tiles were broken entirely in the bathroom, with Roaches running around. The toilet was nasty and was probably not cleaned in years. The hallway had trash (banana peels, empty snack bags) laying on the ground that had turned black.
