"Despite the mixed reviews we saw online, we loved Hotek Acta Moa. Our Junior Suite was large, the shower was great, the elevators worked efficiently the whole time (5 nights), and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay there on my next trip to Lisbon. The location is extremely convenient to metro, which is very easy to navigate. There are free lockers for luggage storage in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very helpful with their suggestions of where to eat and what to see. The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for 2 people and luggage. It is literally across the street from the Lisbon airport with a shuttle running every 15 minutes which is very convenient for an early departure. Airport was crazy busy, so give yourself extra time!! Enjoy!!!"

"Everything was wonderful from start to finish of our stay! Felt safe, comfortable and cool throughout our stay. Really appreciated upgrading to a larger suite with a balcony and in unit laundry! The staff went out of their way & were warm and welcoming. One even offered to drop a post card off for me at the post office since I wasn’t going to make it before our ride arrived. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail was so appreciated. Would recommend to all!"

"The room was perfect for me and my friend on our trip to Porto. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room from a hair product and we were quickly given a new room right across from our original room. We really appreciate the staff here and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Porto!"
