"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"First of all, I booked this hotel off of hotel.com. The picture used to promote the hotel is not an accurate photo. It’s a motel 100%. Secondly, I booked it to include a free breakfast when I asked the receptionist about breakfast. He said they give us a breakfast bar to go.!! there’s also a $12 service fee. I asked what the $12 covered he said parking and stuff.. and I asked what other stuff. He said I don’t know and he slapped a card on the counter and said here’s our corporate number. If you wanna call and ask. Wow. My grandson had to strip his bed because there were huge stains on the comforter. There was a hole in the shower wall that was patched up with duct tape. The lock on the door, barely locked. The television screen color was dark blue and could not be adjusted. This was an emergency stay as my son was in the hospital and it was last minute and late evening. If I didn’t have my grandson with me, I would have drove right off to somewhere else. DON’T BOOK HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Yes, it is inexpensive and they’re STILL OVERPRICED!!! 😡"

"The breakfast time was 6am-9am . If you are on vacation and have traveled you may sleep A little longer . I paid almost $300 and the bed was very lumpy I got up sore the room had a very strong smell of sage or something with a very strong odor that wasn’t very pleasant"

"The room was adequate. I was bookedfor three nights, but on the second night I was transferred to another room without my consent. Staff moved some of my property and apparently misplaced it. Management has not been responsive to my concerns. Not a pleasant experience."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, no remote! When I went to go check in, there was a stupid kiosk machine there. Honestly, the most stupid investment on the property! And a waste of money! Also, an Indian woman on the stupid kiosk machine thing, it was incredibly hard to understand what she was saying with her Indian accent!! And, the part that irritates me the most! She told me there was a $3 booking fee, BUT THE SITE I USED NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BOOKING FEES!!! I truly felt that was a scam! If you have a booking fee PUT IT ON THE DAMN SITE!! Forcing unsuspecting clients to pay a booking fee is borderline disrespectful, nasty, and straight up borderline stealing at this point! I am beyond pissed off! I am NEVER staying this disgusting hotel again! "
