Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center
The staff is polite, but not always responsive. Housekeeping is a an area of improvement - they do not always respond to requests to clean; my sheets, while washed, had a visible stain of either blood or red wine. For the majority of the stay, the WiFi connection did not work.

The breakfast buffet was very substandard. I’ve had more fresh options at other hotels with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast bar consisted of scrambled eggs that were green, chicken sausage that was extremely dry and crunchy and pancakes that had way too much vanilla. Not worth the ...

Comfort Inn & Suites Hampton near Coliseum
There was a bed bug in the bed. The general manager was on vacation so they could not refund any money. The staff on duty was as accommodating as he could be but was limited in authority.
