I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. Novotel Southampton
Internet connectivity was poor. However when infofmed to the staff. At once our room wS changed for better connectivitu. Also extended 30mins checkout time. Overall, helpfull and friendly staff.
