Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. "Before leaving our accommodation to head to this apartment, while still using wifi, I checked us in and the last communication was that someone would meet us at location for 330pm. The emails warned of penalties for a late check in time. When we arrived no one was there so we sat and waited...and waited..and waited some more. Eventually, we tried to phone the number that was provided. It didnt go through to anyone. The "free wifi" zone in Portofino was extremely dodgy. We ended up having to take...
