"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk.
I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.

"The room was huge. Staff was friendly and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant (including waiting until late for a late checkout). Breakfast was good. I didn’t try the restaurant in the site, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is in an old town house that’s very charming. A bit old but facilities are in great condition. "Perfect location and awesome staff! Very communicative for check in and check out, great recommendations for food and activities. And the room was clean and comfortable for a good price!"
"Wonderful B&B that was clean, safe, affordable, centrally located and with very helpful staff. Ajita was exceptionally helpful with our arrival, recommending where to eat and what to see during our visit. She also served us several nice breakfasts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"Shops were a bit of a walk away but not a problem.
The hotel & staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
The restaurant was fantastic for breakfasts the evening meal we had and the roof terrace was wonderful."
"The hotel staff, friendly, helpful. They helped us plan a route to visit all the sites we wanted to see in Porto. They store our bags and then checkout time they put them in our room. When we returned, we just checked in our bags were already there. They have a wonderful turn down service. And the rooftop restaurant and bar has delicious food and cocktails. The view is unparalleled to see old town. You can see the golden hour, which was dazzling. Superb"
