Great, they were sweet and let me check in on arrival before the 3:00 pm check in time on the wall. Professional staff that took care of me and they make sure I was satisfied. The restaurant is great, delicious food.

Intercity Porto Alegre Praia de Belas
Large room with a couch and strong hot shower, Nice view on a river. However the room needs renovations as the furniture is damaged and the shower is stained. Quiet at night and good AC. Good not great breakfast. Reasonnable rates.
