The property was in a beautiful and hidden location. It had everything you need for a few nights stay, even an iron (which we had brought with us). Lovely and relaxing place to stay. Only negative I have was the play area for the children. My toddler couldn’t access the small playground. So maybe that needs developing but she did enjoy the walks and streams! I would go there again without a thought.

Booked 2 family rooms for 8 people. Both rooms were a good size with ensuite facilities - one with an adjoining room for the children; the other with a bunk bed - very clean. Tea/coffee/biscuits/kettle in room. Rural setting, but easy to find. Delicious breakfast served 7.30-9 (traditional cooked breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, tea/coffee/juice). The hotel is lovely. It is a very old building but in the best location overlooking a vast expanse of the beaches and Cardigan bay. The owners Mike and Trudy are a lovely friendly couple who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We also have to mention Victor who made us laugh every night in the restaurant. We came home after a 4 night stay feeling that we had made friends who we hope to see again next year.

Stayed for one night, 10th June 2023, the hosts Huw and Kirsty couldn't have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown to our room and Huw explained that it was next on the list for renovation, but it was more than adequate. Please don't change that bed 😁. Several breakfast options, went for the full Welsh breakfast, tasted amazing. Seriously, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back if in the area.
