Checked in at four and left the hotel around five and when we got back our room had been cleaned again and the door was left open n unlocked we had a great stay wouldn’t recommend leaving important things while gone tho

I’ve stayed at the Double Tree many times over the years, and has always been amazing. This time was less so. The check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful.
