Superb hotel. Wonderful staff. Perfect peace and quiet

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. Had a lovely time at this hotel , the only complaint I had was the resident cat !!! Although I am an animal lover I didn't like the supposedly "white" cat that loved to sleep in the seated area at reception . It was a Nasty and unpredictable cat and although I knew not to go near it but children might not be so knowledgeable . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful .

The Jupiter Hotel offers great value for money. Excellent rooms, hotel facilities (pool area, bar, food, gym) and friendly staff. Breakfast is great and recommend buffet dinner as well

We booked the hotel as it was on the beach and had nearby restaurants. However, the food in the hotel was so good we soon upgraded to half board. Check in was easy and Ana on the front desk was great and helped us with booking tours as her local knowledge and contacts were invaluable. We chose a room with a sea view as it is a great view of the beach. Overall a great experience and no hesitation in going back.

We stayed for 2 nights while travelling. The property is unique, clean, quiet and Lucibella is a perfect host. Breakfast is buffet style with the option of cooking for yourself. We really enjoyed our experience here and would stay again

Just returned from a lovely 5 nights at the Tivoli Marina Portimao. The apartments are in a great location close to the fantastic beach and with lovely views over the marina from the balcony .Everywhere is kept really clean.Great choice at breakfast. Pool was freezing but our 6 year old still went in. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Accessibility - The hotel property is fully wheelchair accessible, however may be difficult for a wheelchair user travelling solo as the ramps are really quite steep, some doors are not automatic and the entrance doesn’t have a lowered kerb nearby, however if you go to the right of the entrance there is a lowered kerb at the garage. Travelled to Portugal with 3 sisters. When we arrived We was greeted by predro a receptionist. Reception open 24 hrs. Predro was very pleasant and informative.
