Buona Vitta Gramado Resort & Spa by Gramado Parks
Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Excelente hotel y atenciones. Volvería mil veces, fabuloso, también la cuidad. Mejoraría la cama porque es rígida.

Reserva Linha Bonita
A cabana é excelente, a vista é incrível, os donos são muito atenciosos e respondem rápido, não tenho nada a reclamar. Uma sugestão seria instalar um aquecedor de toalhas porque como chove muito, as mesmas demorar para secar, mas nada que interfira na viagem.
