Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Front desk staff were horrible at check in, The asked them where the ice machine was, they told me on the first floor, went there could not find it, they insisted it was there. Asked a different staff member the next morning and was told the ice machine was broken and removed a few days before

Great staff Specially the bar staff Thanks lads got looking after me And the local lad Gareth Thanks for a great stay Pool area was phenomenal And managed the 3 mins in the plunge bath

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff
Very convenient for the train station and centre of Cardiff. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was slightly small but plenty big enough for one night. Staff at check in were great. Would definitely use them again.
