"This hotel is in a great location, really central to the main attractions of the city. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable with a good range of toiletries and a fridge. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate."

"This is a great hotel. The room was spacious and the beds are crazy comfortable. Staff at the front desk is friendly. The hotel is well situated with lots of dining options, and minutes away from the pier. Only problem is the room cleaning. We arrived to the room and only half a roll of toilet paper was left. We ask a cleaning person who was on our floor if we could have an extra and she said no. We were there for three nights. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues. When you call the front desk, it can ring for minutes without an answer. So I had to grab what we needed from a cleaning cart ourselves. Very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber."

The breakfast was also good and plentiful. One thing worth mentioning is that the laundry room, particularly the washing machine area, could use better lighting and some improvements."
